We handle all coordination and execution, so you deal with one point of contact instead of a dozen trades.

Brief & site survey
We visit the site, measure, and record what exists. You tell us the area, the headcount and the date you need to move in.

Design, 3D & BOQ
Space planning, 3D visualization and detailed drawings. Our finance team prepares the BOQ and payment terms so the estimate is transparent and accurate.

Procurement & manufacturing
Materials are procured and furniture goes into production at our own unit in Bindayaka, Jaipur — so lead times stay under our control.
- 04
Site execution
Civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC and MEP run to one schedule under our project manager. All trades are ours to coordinate. Progress is logged in our own project-management software, so you can follow the site live.

Quality checks
Thorough inspection against the drawings before anything is called finished. Snags are closed before handover, not after.

Handover & support
Client walk-through, documentation, and post-installation support once you are in the space.
